SWIMOUEST DELIVERY, REFUNDS & RETURNS
Delivery will be made by Colissimo and charged at their normal rates. The cost of delivery will be calculated at check out and added to the total cost of your order. You can find Colissimo delivery rates on their website.
COLISSIMO ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Your package will be delivered to you personally or in your mailbox. If the size of the package does not allow a mailbox delivery and you are not at home, it will be available for collection from the Post Office serving your address. You have 10 working days from the arrival of your package at the post office to collect it. After this time, it will be returned to the sender. In all cases, you will be informed by email 24h before the delivery of your package.

REFUNDS & RETURNS IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days to return and get your money back without any justification needed. This cooling-off period is 14 days from the date the goods were received to the date they are postmarked as having been posted back to SWIMOUEST. You will have to pay the return shipping costs.
We regret that we cannot accept returns of customised orders on this basis as they have been designed specifically by the customer.
RETURNING YOUR GOODS IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If for any reason you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will assist you with a return and timely refund. The returned product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and labels still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in this condition.
It is important that you send your package with a tracking number. We cannot issue refunds for goods that are not received by us.

On receipt of the returned product(s), we will check the content of the parcel, their conformity to the rules for returned products and the condition of the product(s). If everything is acceptable, you will receive a notification of a refund by e-mail.
If, for any reason, we do not accept your return we will return the product with an explanation of the reason for its refusal to the address provided on the original order (unless notified of an alternative address).
All costs in connection with the return of goods will be at the customers’ expense unless the reason for that return is our error or faulty goods and we have given our prior consent to meet these costs.
If you need a different item or size, please return the product you have received and place a new order.
Please make sure you adhere to the return procedure and rules described above.
If the goods are in stock we will dispatch them. Otherwise, a credit note for the amount of the order including the shipping fees will be added to your account. We cannot dispatch replacement products until the original product has been returned to us in accordance with our rules for returns. It can take up to 4-6 business days to dispatch replacement goods following the receipt of returned goods depending on the mode of transport chosen.
REFUNDS IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND
If your return reaches us within the cooling-off period of 14 days, we will apply a credit to your original payment method. However, the shipping cost will not, under any circumstances, be refunded.
If your return reaches us after the cooling-off period of 14 days, a credit note will be applied to your account. The shipping cost would not, under any circumstances, be refunded.
No purchases of Sales Goods can be reimbursed. A credit note corresponding to the full value paid for the returned items (excluding delivery) will be applied to your account. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. During peak seasons please allow up to 30 business days for your return to process.
RETURNING DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Swimouest by email at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will make every effort to get your items returned and replaced as quickly as possible.
Upon receipt of your return, we will check the condition of the product(s). If the goods are faulty we will exchange the item. Please note that Swimouest will accept no responsibility for damage caused by the customer and/or wear or tear or loss of parts incurred during the use of the product.
For products that have been used by the customer, Swimouest reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective or if any problems have been caused by the use of the product including normal wear and tear. In certain circumstances, we may need to return the item to the supplier in order to verify the cause of the damage. If your return is accepted Swimouest will arrange to send you a replacement article or apply a credit note to your account.
If your return is rejected, we will provide you with an explanation of the reason for refusal.
